History: 2007 - System Discontinuation

In 2007, CCCN evaluated Solutions software to support a community-wide chronic disease registry.  The decision was made not to implement new software until the majority of partner organizations had completed EMR adoption and the value proposition for a community-wide chronic disease registry was established.
